  • In person therapy sessions

    In Person Sessions

    At our In-Person Hypnotherapy sessions, after we get comfortable, we usually start by discussing what you would like to achieve from the session & any other specific issues you wish to address. This allows the me to understand your goals and tailor the treatment accordingly.

    Hypnotherapy sessions can be eyes closed or eyes open, it is up to you to choose what you feel comfortable with. In most sessions, I will guide you into a trance-like state using relaxation techniques and visualisation. This state is characterised by heightened focus & concentration, where you remain fully aware and in control. I’ll use the positive suggestions and imagery you’ve chosen, to address the your specific issues, working with the subconscious mind to promote desired changes in behaviour, thoughts, and feelings. You will experience deep relaxation, and the suggestions are designed to be beneficial and align with the your chosen goals. Each session typically lasts about an hour, with the process carefully monitored to ensure the your comfort and progress.

  • Online Sessions available

    Online Sessions

    Using Zoom for virtual hypnotherapy sessions couldn't be easier. Once we've agreed a time for your session, you'll just need a reliable internet connection and a quiet comfortable place to relax. I'll send you a unique link for each session which is safe and secure and only you will have access to it. Zoom is very similar to Skype, just click your link and follow the instructions to join your session. You can use your laptop, tablet or phone to join your session.

    We'll spend the first half of the session talking and exploring the positive things which have happened and focusing on solutions and the promotion of new ideas to identify a way forward. You'll then relax, and I'll ask you to get comfortable so I can still see your face and I'll guide you into a state of focused attention where your mind is more responsive to suggestions. The session ends with a quick chat we'll talk about your progress and we can book your subsequent session.

  • Group Sessions

    Group Sessions

    Group hypnotherapy sessions are hypnosis sessions conducted with two or more participants. Usually, during a group hypnosis session, the focus is on a specific problem that the group is trying to tackle with hypnosis. Group hypnotherapy sessions are usually between 1 to 6 sessions depending on the hypnotherapist, topic, and the group.

    During these sessions, the hypnotherapist will use techniques and methods that are applicable to the majority of the group. So generally, common problems and issues will be addressed.

    Although group hypnotherapy sessions are very successful and cost-effective, the success rate of a group hypnotherapy program is usually not 100%. Sometimes one or two people may need more personal support than the others which could lead to nuances.
